Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

About 60 minutes, including the warm-up and all levels.

What is the difference compared to the VO2max Test?

Lactate shows how the body responds to each intensity. VO2max measures maximum aerobic capacity. To have both in the same session, choose Lactate + VO2max.

Can you perform the test outside the laboratory?

Yes. All the equipment is portable, so we conduct field tests anywhere in the country or abroad. Installation and travel costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How should I prepare?

Evita treino intenso nas 24 a 48 horas antes do teste. Mantém a tua alimentação habitual e faz a última refeição 2 a 3 horas antes. Chega bem hidratado, 10 minutos antes da hora, com o equipamento com que treinas.
