The concept

Train like a professional, with the same who train professionals

ONTRISPORTS has over 30 years of experience in providing individualised training for athletes of all levels, with a methodology that makes what was once reserved for elite athletes available to age groupers.

We have organised more than 30 training camps and supported hundreds of athletes. The coaches are with you at every session, providing constant feedback: the training is individualised, and the group cheers you on. Challenging workouts, themed talks and plenty of socialising make every minute worthwhile.

Testimonials

Who has ever been to a camp

“Triathlon is a sport where we spend most of our time training alone. For me, the ONTRI training camps have always been an opportunity to come together as a group, push each other, and go further than we would alone. That’s what makes them so special: improving together, inspiring others, and being inspired.”

“ONTRISPORTS training camps stand out for the planning of the different workouts and the family atmosphere. They are also an opportunity to try new recovery strategies and understand the benefits of being close to the coaches, both in technical development, especially in swimming, and in the motivation to keep improving. They are days that reinforce that triathlon is not an individual sport.”

“I have been participating in ONTRI’s training camps since 2017. They are incredibly valuable days because of the training, the specific intensity levels, the workload management, the focus on nutrition and rest, and the immersion in what it means to be a high-level competitive athlete. Group training is another unique aspect: it encourages the sharing of experiences and creates ongoing support among the participants.”
