For the purposes of this online store (within the ONTRISPORTS SOLUTIONS LDA universe) and for clarity, from now on we will refer to it as the ONTRISPORTS SHOP.

These Terms and Conditions enable and facilitate access to and use of our website by users aged 18 or over, making all our products and services available to them.

All information on our website may be changed at any time. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

When interacting with the content on this website, the user must ensure its proper use, subject to the Terms and Conditions described herein and all applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions of use for this website are subject to Portuguese law in force at the time. Any conflict or difference of interpretation shall be submitted to the territorially competent court. If the user resides outside Portugal, the Portuguese courts shall be agreed upon as competent.

The ONTRISPORTS SHOP provides a secure service and shall not be held responsible for failures caused by third parties, such as telecommunications services or devices that may impair the user's experience while using the website. Products, Orders, and Shipments

The ONTRISPORTS SHOP will do everything possible to provide accurate information about all products, whether regarding technical content, stock availability, or delivery times. However, we recommend checking all usage instructions for all products received.

The ONTRISPORTS SHOP will always try to ensure that all orders sent correspond entirely to what was ordered by each customer. If this does not happen or if any product is damaged, the user will have the right, within a period of 14 days, to return it at no associated cost.

If you order more than one product, we will try to make a single shipment. If this is not possible (due to a stock or computer error), we will contact the user, presenting them with two options:

  • Wait for the delayed product/products to arrive and have them shipped to you as soon as possible;
  • Refund the value of the missing product/products.

The ONTRISPORTS SHOP will also try, on its part, to meet all stipulated and defined delivery times.

All shipments will be carried out by the TNT/Fedex carrier, with an estimated average delivery time of 2 to 8 business days, depending on whether the products are in stock and the shipping location.

The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the address, therefore, the return of the shipment due to incorrect completion of the requested details will entail the payment of new shipping costs by the customer. The cost of a new shipment will vary according to the total weight and the geographical area to which it will be shipped. Alternatively, you may request collection at our facilities.

Alternatively to carrier shipping, the customer may opt for collection at our facilities, during the following times and at the following address:

Customer Benefits

Customers with a registered profile will have their personal purchase and billing data pre-registered, simplifying each purchase process. This does not eliminate the possibility of changing any parameter. The customer will also be able to access their purchase history in their login area.

At the time of registration as a customer, the option to accept receiving the newsletter, which will be sent periodically, is also provided.

These customers may also be assigned promotional codes or access to special campaigns, communicated and/or sent by email.
