Testimonials

From athletes who have been

“Since my first training camp, I’ve been to every camp they’ve organized, and there’s a reason for that! Living in the UK and doing most of my training on my own, it’s great to have the chance to train in a warmer country, with fantastic facilities, great coaches and an amazing group of people. The coaching is a big part of what makes these camps so special. The coaches are always supportive, take the time to help you improve and adapt the sessions to your level and goals. And then there’s the people! Everyone shares the same passion, encourages each other and makes the whole experience even better. I always come away having learned something new, feeling motivated and already looking forward to the next training camp. Thank you, Ontrisports for creating such a great experience every time. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!”

“ONTRISPORTS training camps stand out for how every session is planned and for the family atmosphere. They are also a chance to try new recovery strategies and to feel the benefit of being close to the coaches, both for technique, especially in the swim, and for the motivation to keep improving. These are days that prove triathlon is not an individual sport.”
Maria Gorjão Maria Gorjão
Sports Physiologist · Portugal
“The ONTRISPORTS training camps have been a real goldmine of learning! Having access to the knowledge and experience of people who know so much is a privilege. For me, knowledge is confidence, and every camp helps me grow as a triathlete. And there is the human side too: sharing challenges, achievements and good times with people who share the same passion makes it even more special.”
Reyes Zamanillo Reyes Zamanillo

“Triathlon is a sport where we spend most of our time training alone. For me, the Ontri training camps have always been a chance to come together as a group, push each other, and go further than I would on my own. That’s what makes these camps so special to me: the opportunity to improve together, to inspire others, and to be inspired.”
Julien Samaha Julien Samaha

“The ONTRISPORTS Training Camp was the perfect mix of technical demand and a fantastic atmosphere. With flawless organisation in every area and an exemplary attitude from every participant, it was a genuinely successful event from start to finish.”
Hugo Gomes Hugo Gomes

“I have joined the ONTRI camps since 2017. They are worth so much for the training, the precise intensities, the load management, the focus on food and rest, and the immersion in what it means to be a high-performance athlete. Training as a group is another unique part: it encourages sharing experience and creates constant support between participants.”
