Sports coaching is a highly individualized process to the characteristics of each athlete, essentially modeled according to their background, individual characteristics, availability to train, goals, and motivation to develop the most appropriate tasks.
Training planning has been our priority area of work for the past 20 years, mainly with high performance athletes, now available to athletes of all levels who want to prepare Triathlons, Duatlo, Marathons, Granfondos, Trails, Mountain Trails, Crossings, and other challenges.
Training itself means nothing if it is not the right training for each, because what works with a particular athlete may be unsuitable for another.
The continuous contact and deep knowledge of each athlete is the key to success, combined with the use of the latest training assessment and monitoring technologies.
Because each athlete has different monitoring needs, we have 2 levels of monitoring, standard and premium, which allow us to invest more or less hours in the monitoring of each.
